Joyce began working at One Hope United in 1997 and has had fund raising responsibilities through major gifts, annual gifts, planned gifts, direct mail appeals, special events and supporting the Board of Directors. Since July of 2014 she concentrates on Planned Giving and Major Gifts and works to cultivate relationships with donors, alumni and friends of the agency who want to leave a legacy at One Hope United. Joyce has also been an active member of her local community by serving on the library board and the school board of the high school district as well as countless other committees and civic and church groups. She is a member of American Fundraising Professionals, Donors Forum, and Chicago Council on Planned Giving. Her degree is from Bradley University in English. She is married to Rich and has four children-Cara, Patrick, Cathyln and John.
